I'm constantly swaying between all the different ways of lowering my LCR. Looking forward to hearing how these compare to you current setup in regards to handling, ride quality, body roll etc. Got to say mate your car is coming together very nicely.

Just spent a while reading through your thread, really interesting read and lots of good advice to be had so good work mate. Big respect for your engine bay it's looking really nice. I'm working towards more BHP on mine currently would love to get near to your sort of figures! Centre caps look nice mate def going to look better than the faded red ones. Just to let you know your coilpack cover arrived today just in time so I will def have it on saturday so I'll give you a shout on the weekend

thanks james. im planning on dropping it around another 15 mm from were it is now so thats a 35mm from from standard ride hight.
im using a scorpion decat but would like a pipewrex dp and decat. i wont be buying the dp for more power as i dont think i will gain any more its more to keep egt's down so i get even more consistant power. my car seems to be getting better and better over the last 2 weeks. i have cleaned the fpr as it was a little blocked in the filter, my hose clip from the tb to intercooler hose was faulty and was leaking air. so now these are sorted and with the new resonated box fitted to the car,making the turbo kick in hard means my car is scaring me when i boot it and this is a first for me
i need to get it back to bills (badger 5) on the rolling road as power must be much higher than before, really is scary stuff.good times

gave the car a quick clean today, couldnt be bother to get into a full detailing session haha. black cars are so depressing to clean, seems like you find a new mark on the body work every tme. anyway i fitted my new center caps.

Sam just popped over to mine as I had a little presie for him all the way from the states, I'm sure he'll get a pic up soon. Anyways he took me out for a blast in his car. It was metal!! Super quick and super smooth. I was really impressed, keep up the good work mate you have a mint motor there and it just gets better every week.

i cant wait to get this polished up and fitted, but first i need to get my rocker cover powder coated white.
just in case anyone is interested im taking my coil pack cover to a fabrication company i know to copy it and make more. so if there is any interest in these then please let me know.
