LOL, i have the surge at low RPM, why would CR sell them like this?

Hi Robbie are you going to need to get your turbo ported my mapper is saying that I may need mine doing. :s
your mapper is?? nick?

r smith can i ask you a question?before the 3"tip did you had surge problems?or you had surge in both tips. i am running the same specs with you and i have surge .if i replace the 3" tip with my old forge tip do you think that surge will stop?
Mate real shame about this situation. I have been following the above discussion and it does seem to be getting somewhere slowly. Lets see what they can come back with. Fundamentally a issue has been spotted with the current design and they should hold their hands up and say yes we understand and get to it fast to come up with a solution. Hope it all gets sorted and your happy with the finishing product!!
It is moving slowly but i am determint to push this hybrid over the 335bhp mark which again should give the hybrid a bit more respect.
hope you get some decent power out of it!!!
Said this before but definitely most interesting project on SCN at the moment and I don't even own a petrol car.
The liquid gauge is very good. I am assuming its quite simple setup i.e. just wiring to ODB port? Is this more accurate than a normal boost gauge in your opinion?
Rocker cover - think the type of metal it int good for polishing as it may rust easily? DK may be best person to ask for this.
Wishbones go for superpro. Better than powerflex especially in terms of fitting as better design. Go for their full dogbone setup too.
Maz
P.S. What a mental ruler!
I've just fitted powerflex bushes to mine, would highly recommend them, got the powerflex DBM too. Brilliant modification.
It's a shame to see the trouble you're having with the turbo, must be costing a fortune to get to the root of it all, respect to you for not giving up though!
Get rid of the oil filler extwension too
