You'd just have to get a coded transponder(possibly from your spare key) and a cut key blade.
Yes you'd have to get it separately. The boot button worked from the off on my 05...sorry fella, I don't honestly know if it would work for your 07. I have a feeling it would but I can't be definite

I just got a 2 button complete key from a guy called remotefobcentre, who was mentioned on the last page. Worth checking out his auctions, they can go pretty cheap if you're lucky - I messaged him after winning and he was happy to supply me with a SEAT badge instead of the standard VW one too so can't complain!

Need a spare key... help please
Can some one help me out.
I have just bought an 03 reg ibiza 1.9 tdi sport but only 1 key with it.
I've read through the thread and know I need to get a blank key.
The key has 2 buttons on it and has HAA on the blade.
I'm unsure about which key to get off ebay, a flip key would be nice but not essential.
Can anyone in the know point out which ebay items are compatible.

Go To Your Local 'Proper' Locksmith, (Not Timpsons, They Are ****) They Should Be Able To Do It, Cost Me £12 For Mine To Be Done.
My 3 Button Flip Key Worked On My 07 Ibiza, But I Had To Code It Differently To Everyone Else, Cant Remember How I Did It Tho, It Should Work, Just Keep Hold Of The Boot Button.

I just bought a seat/vw etc flip key off eBay but it's only the case what else do I need or can I use everything from my standard seat fob key?
You can use the transponder chip out your existing key, but you'll need the remote part, if you E-mail me I may just have what you looking for.

You open the car and put your spare in the ignition and turn till the dash comes on (not start), then close the door and with the new key turn to the lock position and hold, then press and hold the lock button on the remote, it should chirp and then should work.
