Yeah me too mate although I think you can get wrap? Like fly-eyes but without the holes?

There is a fella on ebay selling facelift lights fairly cheap, sadly he hasn't got the inner ones though, gay :/

Try some light smoke Lamin-x tint film on the rear lights... be my guinea pig, I'm going to do it but it isn't on the immediate horizon.

Somebody on here Lamin-x'd his rear lights and it looked really good, his were the Cupra clear ones though, I'm sure we could get just as good a result with ours.

I don't suppose you have a link to that fellas do you? If it looks good and it aint too pricey i'm going for it :)

cupra rear lights ftw

I must admit they do look the business mate, especially on the right colour. I quite like red on red though but thats just me

Bought me some nice gloss vinyl wrap yesterday, going to wrap my front plate area to match the back and also wrap the pillars by the doors like on Scott's old Mk4, that looked mint

No worries fella :) i've replied to that thread, hopefully we'll have some pics soon heh

How much is the wrap btw? Hope they don't darken the lights too much, I know they can look a bit chavvy if they're done too much

Edit: Did a bit of research and it isn't too pricey and it doesn't look too bad from what i've seen on youtube, by the looks of it mine should look something like this:

What does everybody think? I'm kind of 50/50

Not to sure on them lights either mate. The originals look better

Loving the bumper though. Completely transforms the back end and makes the car look much more 'modern'. Fantastic job with the colour matching to!

I was thinkin of gettin this done on my Emocion Red Ibiza too.. think it'll look good. but its not that expensive, so if its crap then i'll jus rip it off.. lol

Really like the black part on rear bumper there.. I'd consider doing it myself if it wasnt too dear, tho I'm thinkin of gettin the Cupra rear so I dunno if I should bother, myt end up just doing it in matt blac vinyl to suit the front.. lol

BTW, who's cleanin the Focus!? :p

Yeah I agree, I'm trying to find pics of members cars who have had it done. If it looks good I think I will, afterall the photoshop may not look like the real thing

Thanks buddy :D I really appreciate the positive comments, I think it looks great too. I often take a second glance when I park up haha. I did ideally want the facelift FR/Cupra bumper but this was only 99p so I thought I'd make do with the regular facelift one and after seeing scotthmk4s photoshop I thought I just had to have the black, really glad I did.

Sounds good to me mate, I think i'll do this or at least see what yours look like heh :p

Cheers mate :) makes it look slightly cupra-ish/sporty-ish I think although yeah I can imagine it may be about £40+ to get it done. I bet if you're good with cutting I reckon you could do it with vinyl wrap if you wanted to save a few quid, I considered this myself. Shame the cupra bumpers are a bit pricey

Haha you've got good eyesight mate, that's my dad cleaning the focus:D

Thoughts?

Ah mate that looks freaking awesome :D just wish I could see the tints on the red style lights

TBH I think I'll take a gamble and go for it, I'm pretty impressed by that

Cheers Blanco :D

No problem mate, go for it, could be about to set a trend here mate.

I was giving my painter some stuff to do today btw, including the centre console. You painted yours silver didn't you? I'm doing something different... trying to set a trend myself haha :p

The lamin-x in the picture is light smoke, not gun smoke, just so you know when you order. :)

Let's hope so buddy :) i'm not massively keen on fly-eyes tbh

Sweet, that sounds interesting buddy. Nah I didn't paint my dashboard, I think that was Chino/Chico who did, I did get tempted to do it but the main reason I didn't is because it would draw attention to my stereo and then would probably get nicked haha

Yeah I didn't notice about the tint type until you posted a picture, I thought they only did one black tint until I saw the pic so thanks for the info :) I wouldn't want to overly darken them anyway

Nice one bro :)

Will do btw Maverick, I'll order some tomorrow. I've got a feeling they'll look great in red, in the picture the lights are red in the middle and they seem to tint very nicely, like a blood colour, love it

Yeah me too fella, I missed out on Leon Cupra R Recaro seats last month on ebay. Only fetched £100, bloody bargain. Although ideally i'd like the back seats replacing too heh

But yeah the sport/facelift seats are much nicer in black, I hate the grey ones
