Defo, it wasn't cheap getting them fitted but my God it's made a hell of a difference. It feels more eagar around the corners and solid

I'm looking at replacing my front bushes....did you replace the rear front-wishbone bushes? I've noticed a bit of creaking and knocking from the front...

How much were they from SEAT? Also how much roughly would you say for the fitting? (Bearing in mind you got a spring fitted at the same time)

Just under £20 for the Cupra bushes, roughly 2 hours fitting...

Yeah they were the near front ones mate, if you're getting knocking it isn't always the bushes but if you are having suspension work done you might as well get them done at the same time. It's a great mod and the car seems a lot more solid around corners

Yeah they're a bargain mate :D mainly had 'em done on your advice, really glad I did.

Btw the fitting will be the killer MrWill, expect to pay around £150 the car will have to be balanced as well, still worth it though I think :)

Update:

Got some real bargains off ebay the past few days for the car, got this baby for £20

£1? wtf?? I say smooth out the reflector holes and when MOT comes, stick on reflective tape, win! :)
You know what? That actually sounds like a great idea mate :D

Would they even notice the reflective strips are not there when they're gone? Do all cars come with 'em? Very tempted haha

Yeah Dave, the bumper isn't 100% pristine, there's a seem in in the inside which is slightly detached but it shouldn't be an issue, I'm sure it can easily be repaired. Best of all I won't have to collect the bumper, my dads mate is doing it for free

It's all good

Cheers geez :D

Will still have to buy some plastic bits and paint the bumper but I reckon all in it should hopefully be less than £100

I wasn't that interested in getting one tbh because of cost but I knew nobody was going to bid on it so I thought why not

May not have it fitted for about a month though sadly due to transporting it and getting parts/paint for it

Yeah it is a shame fella, I love the FR/Cupra ones

But yeah I hate the standard pre ones, they look horrible in comparison. This fits in quite nicely with my mods tbh, I've got so many facelift mods now, my car will be 100% facelifted (bar the colour of the seats)

Cheers though fella, glad you're still active on here Scott :) a lot of members just disappear if they get another car heh

Stezo you jammy git! 99p!!! Great find there mate, nice one!

Know of anymore going for 99p? I'll happily take one... ;)

Haha I know mate, I couldn't believe nobody bidded on it. It does need some work though, the support beam has come off a bit but on the outside it looks pretty damn good, shouldn't be too hard to sort out and paint though :)

My mate should be bringing it over tomorrow, best of all I don't have to pay for it to be transported

Keep your eye out fella and i'm sure you'll find something:D
