What you hopeing for (as is), Phil?

Im not really chasing a figure, more a case of making sure its running ok and safely. But if i was to hazard a guess on a figure it would be in the range of 350-400 and i would be very happy.

Im running 1.5bar and no timing advance (taken a couple of degrees out for safety at the moment as well).

I'm gonna try it off the n75 and using a mbc after I do a run on base pressure.

I need to make sure my hoses to the external gate are correct.

Ive got a hose direct from pressure source to the bottom of the gate and a hose from the ebc solenoid to the top connection on the gate.

Boost leak maybe?

Don't think it's an exhaust side leak as my AFR seems right, wouldn't an exhaust leak read lean on the gauge as it pulls in air like a Venturi?

thats spools more like my gt35, but slightly slower than that too.
its a 0.63 hotside yea?

whats afr doing during spool... if too rich it will slow its spool badly.
my external gate is plumbed single port.. into top port. lag could be gate slightly open perhaps.
what pressure is actuator only?

I'm not 100% sure, only marking I can see on the inlet side is 0.60a/r.

Afr on spool is around 13 I'm sure.

I run the bottom port direct to pressure source as per tial instructions. Worth trying without?

Around 13psi, so I'm sure it's 0.9bar.

Thanks for the help again bill.

Ok. I'll try that. I'll get out one night and log more and have a play with things.

I can see some marking on the casting but none that resemble a/r just above the garret logo. Unless it's round the back hidden. I'm pretty sure it's 0.63 tho bill, need to check hoochs thread again I think.

Ok tried some things out briefly with limited road and time.

EBC connected to just the top port as you said Bill. Made no difference to spool or boost control.

Then turned the EBC off, connected to the top port. 30+psi. Still laggy.

EBC off, connected to the bottom port. 30+psi. Still laggy.

When i got home i took a video of the idle AFR, which is bouncing between 14.2 and 15.3 ish. The boost gauge ad EBC doesnt seem to be as low as my old setup which might indicate a leak somewhere which will probably hurt spool.

Im going to do a pressure test on the weekend to see if i got any leaks.

Had a look at my fuel trims and theyre 1.9% and 19.7%. No fault codes whatsoever. Not done a TB alignment and i need to regap my plugs.
