Looks very much like mine :D good job you got those longer bolts, I was just lucky I had some lying around. Looks like you took plenty off the bumper, I did too. Not sure my bumper is lined up 100% though, have you got any close up pics of your bumper now its all back together? Especially around the bottom of the headlights...

Here you go Rich:

Looks like your bumper fits much better than mine does :( having said that, I'm not sure if it's the bumper thats out or the headlights. I changed them myself and there's no real way to line them up when the bumper is off. I guess I'll have to have another go at them

Thanks for the pics :)

You can undo the top two bolts holding the light in and move the light about to reduce the gap. I noticed you can change it when I refitted my light after fitting the pipe. I tightened it up back where it was originally though as you could see the marks on the plastic washers. But you could just adjust yours? Might be worth a go.

Don't think your bumper will be sagging as the mount you cut loads off literally wedges between this new pipe and the bottom of the light and clips in place, there's no room for it to sag, unless you cut the whole mount off, if you get me? Bit of a waffle on there jaha

Nah, I don't think it's a sagging issue as it as been like this for a while now. I'll have a go with the top screws, but I'm not overly hopeful, they don't line up with the wings very well either lol.

I spent a couple of hours trying to adjust mine one day and gave up. I can get perfect alignment with the wings, or perfect alignment with the bumper. But not both at the same time. And it's always been like that.
I ended up aligning them with the wings. The only way to see they're not aligned with the bumper is to get down low and not many people do that lol

if its the same way launch control works on my old track fez
you get a button that you press that stops it revving above 4k (or whatever its set at)
and leaves you to dump the clutch :)

fast progress scott! looking good :)

Yeh probs something similar!

Cheers mate. Got it back just now after work, it's been in for a service and a slight adjustment to the exhaust as it was blowing a tad from the downpipe bit. Amazing what new oil does car feels allot more lively now even though the oil was only 7k miles old

Just downloaded dynolicious for my iPhone and went and did a run on a private road (ahem) got 6.6 seconds to 60 and a quarter mile of 15.2 @92mph. Didn't think it was too bad considering it's on standard map! Only had 2 runs and that was my best, I'd say my launches wernt the best either haha

What can you not do with this iphone? How accurate do you think it is though?

Ive just had my bumper off again fitted the adapter plate had to file it a bit aswell to get it over the rubber seal on the MAP sensor hopefuly the car will run fine now as it decided to go into limp mode again last night after some heavy driving :(

Yeh it's accurate at the times, just not the horsepower, reckons I've got 152hp haha good app for 7 quid! Works like them liquid gauges do, still want one one day though!

Ahh so you had the map sensor in the big hole? That's probably where your 5 psi of boost went aswell! Is it all better now then?
