I live in Slough. If you want to come over. No problem.
If anyone else need help from the Slough area, give me a pm and I will try to help :)

Shame it doesnt work on mine unfortunately. I will have to wait for 2.0 version :<

Greesha,
You live close to me, I'm already hooking up with a couple of others to try this but, do you have vag.com?
As at some point I'd love to do some tests and see if I've got any faults up.
Would like to see your ride too, The fmic looks great.

Installed the drivers for the cable? In device manager find the cable and change the com port to a number under 5 if you can. Select that same com number in the software and should work.

one running win XP the other Windows 7, i think the issue was the the cable was USB so its reading it as USB, under properites for the cable in device manager there was no way of chaneging it to different COM

maybe uninstall it from the USB drop down, restart then install the driver... i can email you a driver i have (purchased a blue cable from ebay which came with a driver)

pm me your email and i'll forward it over.

in summary for XP
uninstall
restart
install the driver / or the driver i send you
THEN connect cable

you do not want windows to try and install its own driver or try and find one.
