Was just looking at you picture of your intake manifold, it looked like the injector seats were dirty like mine. This was from leaking petrol/boost pressure past the injector o rings.
.

I will get the rings anyway i wont hurt, could this also be causeing my pressure loss fault code.

I don't think so because there isn't anything to read the pressure after the MAP sensor.
Also pressure loss would be minimal
But wouldn't hurt for sure.
Can you get a close up picture of these to be sure

Had a few people comment on your car at work when you popped those bushes round the other day
Should have some wishbones myself in the next few days so i can do both sets at the same time
Those OE bushes feel much better too

I have fitted a new Catch tank, i wanted one with two inputs to get rid of the "T" piece and the correct size so i had one custom made it also has a baffle in front of the exit to filter out any oil vapours i am very happy with it, just need to sort some new hose clips out and spray it black.

That looks awesome Phil! One of my favourite engine bays on here.

Thanks very much :D

You put a lot of work into that phil well done.

I just cant leave it alone  that constant search for bay perfection.

Indeed and you done a fantastic job of it so far.

I just wished there was more products out there for deisels, nearly everything has to be custom made. If you want things done properly it takes time and money.
