Just a few more logs after fitting the NewSouth intake gasket..

Outside temp of 3'C.

This is the 3rd run due to loss of traction on the first two runs

I have a coolant temp sensor fault too (new one on order). Not sure if it would effect temps at all but after the last, but after the last run I plugged the Scangauge back in and it was showing coolant temp @ 99'C  I've not seen coolant temp go above 87'C before...

Inlet manifold was cool when I checked once I got home :)

Nothing camparable realy James, as I didn't do any before I fitted the gasket.

Last intake temps I logged was on 21st July last year. So outside temp must of been circa 15'C then but here it is anyway..

Code:
Group A:	'118
Engine Speed	Air Temp In	Boost Dut Cyc	Actual Boost
TIME	700-6800 RPM	<=110 C	0-100% 	<=1800 mbar
STAMP /min	°C	% mbar
0.4	3400	26	85.1	2020
1.31	3920	25	85.1	2260
2.11	4200	24	85.1	2050
2.93	4560	25	85.5	2110
3.84	4960	26	87.1	2050
4.73	5320	27	87.5	1910
5.63	5600	28	87.5	1900
6.45	5920	29	87.5	1840
7.25	6120	30	87.5	1830
8.16	6320	31	87.5	1810
9.07	6560	32	87.5	1750

But if you look at the 4th run of the new logs you can see that the inlet temp only rises by 7'C throughout the power run, which is good if you ask me.
Also remember that my intercooler setup is all standard, not even larger pipework..

All I can think of is that by the time I did the last log I had already done 5 hard runs so there was some serious heat in the engine.

I've had a dodgey coolant temp sensor that has been getting worse lately (P118 code getting logged every few days) so fitted a new one today :)

Also services my 007P while I was on so its nice and clean for the track day :)

Oh, and this turned up today :D

Yea, it has been fitted to a car for 3 months but the car has never moved since it had been fitted. So it is sort of scond hand.

I have inspected it and its is perfect, nothing to worry about :)
