Got mine this morning..orderd from ebay 13.99 so bit cheaper:lol: than the others and worked straight away no problems and look mint! will get some pics up when it gets dark, also did interior with leds and that looks miles better than standard crappy yellow lights:p

Ordered the same ones on Sunday evening, arrived today, fitted 10 minutes ago, worked first time. Can't wait for it to get dark so I can see what they're really like!

I can confirm that these £14.99 ones are actually better than the expensive ones as they do not need any solder added to make them work.

They are very bright white 4 Led's and do not throw up any faults.

There is no point posting pics as they work exactly the same as the expensive ones posted above.

Gosh that means im gona have to try again? , I cant get my hands on solder so need them to work from the get go , Got some 3 pound ones in atm not that bad ;P

Edit - Just payed for them , Fingers crossed they work.

I bought mine last week and im really impressed with them, only problem is the dipped lights now look daft. I bought those nightbreaker bulbs but they are the same as the set i already had ie yellowish only brighter  Anyone recommend a set that will match??

I had the same problem. After lots of umming and arring I decided to bite the bullet and put in an Ultimate HID H7R kit from hids4u.com. Even now the sidelights are slightly bluer than the dipped, but it's so close that it doesn't look strange like it did. :)

Ha ha expensive leds all in all hey. Hmmmm ill have to have a think about them  did you fit them yourself??

Exactly... but would have been even more expensive had I plumped for the PIAAs.

Yes, I fitted them myself. I'm not normally one for that sort of thing: I can fiddle with PCs and modify them all day long, but not cars. Never done more than changed a bulb, I'm ashamed to say - too frightened of breaking summat.

The installation isn't too bad - the instructions are very clear. The only bit which is potentially fiddly is drilling a 25mm hole in the headlight cover, but if I can manage it, anyone can! I understand you can buy spare headlight covers from seremotors or another dealer, so even if you have a drilling accident, all is not lost (or in case you want to replace the covers if you ever decide to remove the kit when you sell or whatever).

If you go for a hids4u kit, make sure you find a coupon code first (search for one) as you save quite a bit that way.

Thanks

Crappy phone pic when I had the chance.

I do get the warning light come up on the dash briefly when I start the engine but the lights work fine and look sweet. A bit whiter than the xenons as well!

Scott do you find the bulb failure warning comes up if you leave your lights on auto? Mine seem to throw a bit of a wobbly if left on auto but if off they start up fine with no warning.
