vertically for me rich. my lamp holders seem quite slack in the reflector and when i tried horizontally the wiring skewed them off horizontal anyway. it doesnt seem to make a great deal of difference tbh.
Perfect that Chris cheers m8. Ill fit em vertically then me thinks. Think I will pass on the 45 degrees Nath

Ordered some today and looking forward to getting rid of the yellowy side lights after all. They do look naft next to the Xenon's.

Fitted mine in 20 mins or so with a bit of "Plug, Faff. & Play"

Haven't seen them in the dark yet although they look a lot better than the standard ones or blue ones I've had in my other cars.

I think the key is not to push them in too much as mentioned above.

Thanks to the OP for the tip off as these are a bargain compared to the PIAA ones which I was reluctant to pay out for.

Cheers

I could do one tonight, if no one else gets there first. I have upgraded xenon bulbs in, but not HID. To be honest they look really blue compared. But not so much where it looks cr5p.

Fitted mine today. Drivers side went in no problem but found i had to put a little solder on for the passenger side. Just need to try them in the dark now. But first impressions are very good..

Anyone else noticed their sidelights flickering when the ignition is switched on after fitting these LED's?

Mine do, but I was thinking it is probably down to the bulb check feature???

I haven't noticed any flickering with mine. So far they seem to be performing well.

Cheers Ricky. I await to see if any of the others have noticed it. They only do it breifly. I'd noticed it initially on the garage door as I started the car. About 3-4 flashes. Seem to do it every time though.

Haha, yeh mine are the same. When i turn on the ignition, they flash about 4 times each, very dim though, not full brightness.

I guess this is the check for the bulb out warning?
