Look What some old hag has done to my cupra

good question im glad u asked...
i think on standard leon cupra the drop is 40mm i think its the leon cupra R that has less drop as they are lower to start with... i could be wrong.
what i am sure of is the ride is so different you cant understand how awful the standard shocks are until you try these!
much less body roll and a very forgiving ride where pot holes and speed bumbs are concerned!
much better motorway wise, stabillity is awesome!

I think the drop is quoted from a standard non cupra....so bit less for a cupra (I think Cupra is 15mm less than standard, and R 10 less again but could be wrong!).

I'm glad you're happy with the ride though....I'm currently toying with between this kit and the weitec 50mm one. I'll end up getting one or the other from DPM fairly soon as my OEM shocks are knackered I think... nearly 70k on them and they're getting far more crashy than I remember when the car was new....

Cheers! :funk:

You do know that kwik fit do tracking and not the 4 wheel alignment that the Leon geometry needs.

The springs are the right way around, yes.
The larger coils go to the bottom and the smaller coils go to the top where the rubber mount is fitted between the spring and the chassis mount.
