Well I managed to get a couple of logs done, one for airflow and one for the timing with WMI.

Airflow log shows a healthy 213.19g/s @ 6760rpm, 1.4 BAR of boost. If I'm right the MAF reading is scaled due to LC sensor in larger LCR MAF housing, so that's around 230+g/s which is great.

As far as the timing pull goes, with 6 degrees of advanced timing set, it was mostly zero's across the board with a few 0.8's and a few 3's, so that is looking good too. Bill said anything less than 6 is fine (I think?).

If I work out how to post the logs I will.

what log is timing pull again Rob? need to get this measured on mine....and Bill said to me no more than 5

also what "scale" did you use for the MAF Rob? mine was 204g/s last time (LC sensor in LCR housing) ??

Log 020 for timing pull. I'm pulling no more than 3 CF at 6 degrees of advanced timing so it's good.

Not sure what the equation is to work out the MAF scaling, mine pulled 213g/s today, LC sensor in LCR housing, so that should be something like 230g/s scaled. 230 x 1.3 = 299hp! Add maybe another 15hp for the WMI advanced timing and it should be around 315bhp.

I hope anyway, feels quick and the timing, airflow and fuelling all look good. I'm not one to get too hung up on figures.

Alright rob. Good work on your car. Just wanted to know what you have done with middle grill on the front bumper and how u did it and where u got your carbon sheeting from.

Shouldn't it be scaled first, LC sensor in LCR housing?
HHHmmmmm not too sure Rob. I would say if it's not 100% OEM then the figures are sent into too many possible errors that the above calculations mean nothing. Butt dyno tells all:)
I'd like to think that this turbo/set up would give more than what you had 4-5 years ago.
292BHP wasn't it??
Surely all this tinkering has made a bigger difference than Jim mapping a GT2X out of the box??

Dont forget you gain about 10-12bhp per 3' of timing added but that wont show any increase in g/s.

So you cant realy use the normal formuler of g/s*1.25/3.

My gues would be cerca 325bhp

Yes indeed, deffo more power than ever before.

If Danny's mate made 294bhp with a hybrid GT2X and I've got a bigger intercooler, SEM manifold and WMI I'm guessing (and going by my butt dyno) that I have over 300 now. I'm 'guess-timating' that it's around 315-325bhp. I'm very happy with my current setup right now.

Roughly 230g/s scaled - 230 x 1.3 = 299bhp. Add 15-20bhp for WMI and advanced timing.

Can you measure the diameter both a lcr and a cupra maff housing. Its easy to work out your true g/sec readings from those measurements. Post them up and i'll do a calc for you. (simply multiply your current measurement by a factor equal to (csa of lcr housing / csa of cupra maff housing)).
