at what rpm does is it hit 240 bhp?
and at what rpm does it produce 380 ft/lbs?
i didn't think the standard injectors could allow for more than 230bhp?

Its the cam that can't produce the flow for more than 240bhp, been working this out with a company for a little while now
The injectors are more than capable of 250 ish and a bit more apparently...
Good figures, just a shame it smokes bad, have you tried nicotine patches?

my hybrid smokes like mad too but i am having problems with my TD turbo i think i have sticky veins so i have loadsa power then i change gear then i get none but lift off the gas and back on and the power is there and the boost is all over the place when it was fine half hour ago its mental i got the hump and want to sell my car because of it!!!!

Thats not correct.
How LONG do you want to inject? 50°???
If you like your headgasket you must not set SOI long before 25-26° and best efficiency depending END of injection is 7-8° after but this can be prolonged to 12-14° under loss of combustion efficiency (Because the piston is on its way down already...)
With, lets say 40° of injection time you can get about 83mg/stroke out of the injectors which is good for not more than 215-220bhp.
All whats more than this will cause serious engine issues sooner or later and if prolonging timing will cause excessive smoke due to bad combustion.

I had it turned down twice. It was 240.9bhp and about 370-380ft/lb. But i've had it turned down twice to try to cut the smoke back a bit. It's still quite smokey when you boot it though!
I reckon now it's producing about 220-225bhp and 360-370ft/lb. Still goes well mind!
Between 4250 and 4500 according to the graph!

About 2600-2700rpm it produces that torque.
And i'll upload the graph as soon as i can work out how the scanner works!

I'd say that's what mine is doing now.
mine has no smoke till about half way down on throttle then it starts and gets worse more you push down pulls really well doesnt it i love it

I know! It just lights up 2nd in the bone dry! It's been a lovely weekend to use the power actually - just got to see what the rain brings!
