Can you nic me some 1mm and 2mm craps of alli or stainless mate for the weekend? Dont need loads!

WMI kits come with a 10 GPH (630 ml/min) nozzel and a 12 GPH (756 ml/min). Way to big?

Yeh sounds good mate!

Look here and read section 3

https://www.alcohol-injection.com/articles/where-to-locate-your-alcohol-water-injection-nozzle-2/

Im thinking about mounting the the jet just after the intercooler? But you and DPJ are not, so im not sure!

it is the best place but you need a solenoid valve...

as close to after intercooler is where it is advised by many to have it... so it has more tract length to mix and col charge air before entering engine

Thanks Bill. Just worrid about the siphoning effect if i dont use the soliniod? Also would the fluids really siphon out with the check valve beeing where it is?

Has anyone thought about cleaning the ID or there induction system before putting in this type of system?
Any oil residue with get cleaned off the walls of the hoses and washed into the intake.
Perhaps this will only be a problem for a short while.
Also anyone opened up there lower induction hoses to see if this all pools in there?

I dont see it would cause to much of a problem but i spose it best to get it clean, Ill be taking the car to peices at the weekend so ill be sure to do it.

We might start having to put bleed screws on the bottom of ths intercooler:lol:

Just a thought, you will only know that your using all this up and not just pouring it into your induction by opening the lowest part.
Bleed screw, no your thinking,
Hopefully no need for a tap, lol
