Right Ive Desided to keep the cupra Now so am goin K03 hybrid..
Ive also been Busy over the last few days and been spending a fair few Quid Anyway...

Me furbing my Wheels nearly done:

My 2nd Hand k03 turbo which is all Packaged up and ready to be sent to CR turbo for k04 Internals:
Fit larger compression wheel,
M/c housing to suit,
Mill sleeve ,
Fit bigger turbo cover

The Turbo in question

Ive also got 225 LCR Injectors,Bosch 4bar,3'' Maf and THS big bore manifold..

Out of interest, how much is it costing to get the turbo sorted? I thought it'd be cheaper to buy a new turbo?

495 for k04 internals...and a M/c sleave to suit ect..

All the bits for for the 300bhp mark..or an a new housing+

all Done the pics..

They came out excellant but one has a slight reaction to the paint which my mate is gonna G3 and touch up and Hes coming down 2morro to G3 all the wheels to get and Dust in the laquer and to polish them all up

This is the one i used nitromorse On and u can slight see the paint underneath..But in total 4days 4work and 50quid thats the results and ive defo learnt Something new...The next set il know how to do it and to look out for...
Thats dust that is on them as i just took my work pants off...and flash has distored them abit...as its a crap camera..

Yeah mate mark @ Cr turbos is doin it final price is 581.87 Inc vat...
He can make it a sub 300bhp hybrid for less than 450quid but i want the 300bhp mark...So hence the price

Sounds like a very good price. Heard nothing but good thinks about Cr turbos I know what I'll be doing if my turbo ever blows

Yup he is Really helpfull aswell and a Awesome Service..

Right i have everything now bar the turbo and Map:

Vr6 clutch & g60 flywheel
ATP manifold
ATP 2.5 Turbo intake pipe
LCR 225 injectors
4bar FPR
LCR/S3 3'' maf
3'' downpipe and De-cat

and nearly there now Just a shame i spent 220quid on new tyres...
