cost me just under 70 quid to fill the leon up today 55 ltrs and it wasn't even on the empty. the light had just come on. robbing 6astards.

Fun isnt it! I get regular updates from Boom^ (brother) who works over there and lives in Spain, needless to say he laughs (then crys when he comes up to visit) at our prices
It great craic! For petrol, £11 for two small cans for a lawn mower! Am for Dublin tomorrow so fill it up along with a drum or two over the border, works out cheaper for me, plus i'll be that direction so not out of my way to get it.
i was in Amsterdam about a month ago and the fuel prices didn't seem to be that different apart from diesel was cheeper than diesel. But i was driving a petrol so if i'd been in the diesel then i would of noticed the difference in price.
tesco in shrewsbury went UP 2pence last night and is now 126.9
morrison in 124.9
bp is 127.9
and it cost me £70 for the full 55ltrs to get in @ tesco.........
mind i did do 595 on the tank, so was well chuffed. If anybody can rewind and play my driving style over the last week would be most appreciated

In Ibiza this week normal diesel prices were as follows (all about a quid for a litre:
This triggered a lorry drivers protest of 300+ lorries (on an island 20 miles high by 15 miles wide)
At the weekend I then visited Ibiza harbour and noticed that the boat owners seem to think the diesel is pretty reasonable. This is a real photo I took of a Sunseeker filling up part of its tank to go to Formentera island for the day (no Google images spoof!)
How the rich live. He stopped at 1000 Euros which didn't fill the boat.

seems like alot of you are gettin a good price for derv as i pay 129.9p at tesco in chesterfield
Passed the local BP & its gone up 2p since wednesday to £1.31.9, robbing fecks, I carried on a mile & got it from Morrisons for £1.28.9

I'm glad someone else has noticed this. Diesel around the town where I live has not gone up in the past week and a bit. I'm not sure about unleaded.
Maybe it has calmed down a bit.
about 4 dollars (2 quid ish) per gallon last week in Florida ! (and they're complaining).

Free servicing for life (can't remember who) on all cars sold.
Coca Cola just over 10p/can in multipack.
$26 ish for 2 adults 2 kids all you can eat breakfast buffet (and it was bloody good).
16 inch (fooking massive) nice pizza's in Walmart for $9.99 (might even have been $8.99).
Basically we're getting shafted.

Well I paid 130.9ppl for derv from Shell during the week for my Tolly but paid 126.9ppl last night for the missus vRS last night when I filled it up

Opened this thread for the first time and saw the opening post of 110p per litre....... JCA...
Sainsbury's down the road here went up to 129 p since 4 days ago. My last full tank for me over £50 for the first time ever (ibiza 1.9 tdi).
Sticking to 70mph, or even 65 if i'm not in a rush, i can easily get over 200 miles on half a tank. I used to start getting beeps on 340 miles. Everyone is driving slower !
Maybe we can all make it backfire on the PTB (powers that be) if we all drive slower, need less fuel, check that out numbnuts [GB]...
The annoying thing is I don't know how far 1 tank at granny driving can go, because i'm always filling up ast half a tank before it goes up again...
