Don't worry, I'll still be hangin around the non cupra club for a while. don't think will be gettin any huge amount of money any time soon to get anything faster, still got another 2years of debt incurrin uni!!! :D

plus, i need to get insurance companies back on my side... they don't seem to like me for some reason  prob because i'm only 19 (or that i've written a car off and made 2 claims maybe???? And all within 1st 6months of drivin back when I was 17!)

But if i did have the money, and insurance people liked me... i'd love a tdi, either the mk3 ibiza or mk1 leon... not big fan of mk4 ibiza!!

within 6 months? lol:cartman: Yeh most mk3 owners seem to be unsure about the mk4, probs cos it's rounded and therefore less agressive. I like the FR versions thought, and cupras obviously lol.

lol, yeah, it took me less than a month to pass my test after my 17th birthday so i guess it was just inexperience and being young and nieve! although, touch wood, since then i've not had any crashes or any mishaps or anything... well, the odd tellin off by mr policeman for going a mile or so over the speed limit

the fr version is nice, but i just dunno, i guess it isn't as agressive as ours, but also i think it's because it's very common car, and i'm not a big fan of common cars!!!

hence why i fell in love with our mk3s :D

i got them fitted tracked and cambered for £340, i know its a fair bit for tyres but they give HUGE amounts of grip. i have yet to get them to break loose.

Not sure the exact model, but i've got Falkens on mine and they're amazing.

Got them from black circle and wer only like 50 somethin a tyre includin fittin and trackin.

They have loads of grip, but i think i have quite a bit of grip anyway due to havin 17s!

When I had the old 14s on i couldn't even go around a roundabout in the dry, i used to skid and 'drift' even goin like 10 - 20 mph was shockin!! AND all the tyres had full tread!! was really strange!

Scared the **** outta me when it was wet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else have that prob?

Oh yes i had many 'interesting' moments in mine when i had the glorious 14's on! And yes 'scary' would sum it up nicely!

lol keep the 14's makes the cars lame accelration and top speed feel like your going alot faster due to low levels of grip.
