Logs look a good starting point, rather laggy though like everyone else's said - but you've got stuff to try. N75 made me laugh, actually (100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 40, 40, 40, 40 ). A/F looks alright (I think). I'm with Marts, I think the dp will sort it (at least improve it).

You've just mentioned LCR pipework, but you've let your RHS Inlet manifold go

Yes A/F's not bad at all.
Sorting the DP means making superbracket for the shifter cables. (another job).

The LCR FMIC will run right to left, not just left to right

Yep Ibiza style, but not across the top of coil pack 4.

Map sensor boss is on the central pipe above.

Aquamist - give me a chance, next thing you'll be telling me that the drum brakes on the back aren't up to the job! There'll be room for a short alloy pipe just before the TB (at a later date) if it fits together the way I think it will.

I just noticed your inlet temperature of 68 degrees, ouch thats hot. FMIC should keep em below 40.

When you have finally finished tinkering do you have some VAGCOM logs or similar for performance of your old car?

In gear times to compare 30-100mph or something?

I've only got the set of logs that included 196 g/s and a 60-100 4th log Steve. When it's sorted, I will take it to JBS for a RR run if there's no group day going.

I think that would be a good idea taking it to a decent RR and get a run so you can spot any problems or areas for improvement. Always Interesting seeing and hearing your car at full chat but stood still.

I look forward to seeing the graphs....once you have seen a graph for one remapped LC you've seem them all....be interesting to see the shape / delivery and of course numbers for your creation.

The end must seem pretty close now.......then you can plan your next phase of mod's

I did the long commute to work in it today, no issues. I get the odd pop in the exhaust when I back off, that I never got on Revo Stage 2. When you keep the revs 4k+ through the gears, it seems blisteringly fast .

Strangely, I'm getting interference on the radio now, what can I have disturbed.

Cheers Saul. I suppose several weeks leaning on the top of the rocker cover could have shifted something. I've got some wire & connectors tucked away that I bought ages ago to make a grounding kit. I'll pop it on when I'm doing the FMIC this weekend. Yes, I'll mention over-run to Kev.

Can someone explain how you work out the A/F from the values on the logs? Not used wideband before as mine is normally done on MAF/Injector time etc...

Multiply the lambdas by 14.7 to get the air part (where fuel is 1). First Lambda is actual, second is what the ecu is trying to achieve.
