I just got my renewal through for my LCR from admiral £820! I'm 24 with 5yrs NCB. Tried hundreds of co's on internet, Privilege cheapest by miles 507 quid, SOLD!! Give them a try and try putting an older relative on the policy as a 2nd driver saved me about £100!

I'm on second yr with Adrian Flux on highway policy £500 exactly with £250 XS and £60 window XS.
I'm 27 with 8 yrs no claims and had 6 points on license when renewed in september. County Durham area.
Greenlight came close but not quite close enough.

I've got a 2003 LCR and I pay around £400 for the year, thats with 6 years NCB and I am 31. Thats with Direct Line, but I changed my car from a Civic Type R, 3 quarters of the way through the 12 month cover. So I am stopping with them to get my 7th year NCB.
I have been checking on Moneysupermarket.com and have received some decent quotes, the cheapest being RAC £280 but theres no monthly plan, you can either pay it all at once or in 2 installments. It also brought up some decent quotes off Sainsburys and a few more supermarkets ( £350 ish ).. I tried Confused.com but they were expensive.
I got told when I reached 25 years old, my insurance would drop  . But this was not true, it has only started to lower when I reached the big 30. Keep plugging away and you will eventually find a decent quote.
Good luck.

i paid roughly that last year for my LCR when i was like you 24 but only 3 years no claims with elephant, then when renewal came along the price was just under £600, i had a little look on the net and found direct line far cheaper than anything else - £525, so that was me being 25 and 4 years NCB, car's standard btw.......so expect a similar price? :D
