Can someone confirm whats the Mk3 Cupra front ARB diameter (20mm?), rear beam mounting bush size (72.5mm?) and if the Power Steering Rack Mount bracket is 18.5mm?

And i bought the Red Spring from Forge for the WG.

With the Blue spring the car holds 0.9-1bar with profec closed, with the Red i am hoping for 1.2+bar

Hello again, exhuast cam has been fitted.
Smooth idle and a stronger pull after 3500-4000, afr is 0.5 leaner but with same EGT. (strange)

I've made a custom heatshield for the turbo and crusing IAT has dropped 4°c. (Pics will follow).

Now the bad news, i just broke my right CV joint.
Pretty scary as at first i thought that was a transmition failure.

I am going to upgrade them to S3 or T4.

Sorry to hijack!
Phil, do you have a link to 1.8t cam data, as I am going to remove and measure my adr cams and need something to compare too.
Theres alot of mixed oppinions out there regarding N/A cams with some saying the the same as turbo cams and others claiming 1mm more lift with an increased duration.

Car is in for major upgrades (K04-023 Hybrid, Head Porting, Wideband o2 ECU, Mafless File) and i have time to do some aesthetic mods.

First of all, carbon wrapping the badge

Now i want to fit R8 cooling cap, oil cap and power steering fluid cap.
