If I start my car from cold and just leave it running after maybe about 4 mins it will start smoking white smoke out the exhaust which smells a lot like petrol. Give it a rev and it will stop. Go up the road stop at the lights and after a little while it will start smoking again. I did have a hose with a hole in it that comes of the n75 valve. I have now changed this. I was getting error codes when pipe had hole in it. One of which was . Bank 1 to lean. So thought this was the cause of the smoke as the car was getting the wrong mixture of petrol/air. I erased the codes and there not coming back on now. But still getting the smoke. Checked the oil and the water and there not mixing so don't think it's a head gasket.
Also as I'm driving along slowly in say second gear if I put my foot down slightly so you can feel the turbo just coming in it feels like the car or turbo holds back or drops its boost and the exhaust note gets slightly deeper. But if you carry on and put your foot down then it boosts up like normal. Driving me mad beginning to think I've bought a bucket.
Only thing that is coming is Catylist fail.
It says 02 sensor has passed. If this helps .
