You’ve made my day ha!
Definitely looks so much better.

How much roughly did the parts cost in total if you don’t mind me asking?

If I keep my MK3 will add this for project to do over summer!
Glad you like it! It costed roughly 300£, but keep in mind that I am from Poland and I see that used parts seems to be a lot cheaper here

Small update on door pocket lights mod. I've updated door ambient image and added illumination of door pockets. In my humble opinion it looks almost like OEM ;)

My attempt at this, was so so, hoping it makes a bit of difference.
Only had 3 sheets left so partially did underthe rear seats.

Nicely done! What thickness?
Just 2mm, i have to say i am pleasantly surprised.
Before over any minor bump, pothole and manhole cover the rear would thud, thats now gone.
I thought it was placebo but even the family at the back have said its quieter.

Me and my beloved Leon, with the wife & kids of course, took a trip for a couple of days, not today but a couple weeks ago. Our destination was Gallipoli, where some nasty battles took place in WW1, more than a hundred years ago. This part of our Aegean shoreline is right where the ANZAC troops landed. Now there is a cemetery there for the ANZAC soldiers who lost their lives in those battles, with an amazing view of Aegean Sea. Walking on that storied soil definitely evokes some heavy feelings. Anyway, it was a joyful trip of a thousand kilometers total and Leon served us well without a hitch in that trip.

Went to Modified Live at Cadwell Park today, many great motors to look at and lots of action on the track with TimeAttack and Drifting compotions as well as Racing Honda champs. Sun was out all day and good crowds so very enjoyable.

And not forgetting lots of nice people to talk motors with.

4 new Goodyear Asymmetric 6 fitted to the missus's car and then the aircon decided to stop working.
Of all the days it had to be a warm one :ROFLMAO:

Hoping it just needs a regas, 10 years old and never had one

Few days ago I've tried retrofitting comfort headrest from Audi in my Leon, because they have two axis regulation. Unfortunately they does not engage with the guides (notches on legs are in different position) and whole headrest slides freely up and down. I've got plans to cut notches by myself to resolve that issue but we will see.

Other than that the comfort increased drastically. Finally I am able to, well... rest my head while driving ;)

You can click on the image to hear very satisfying "clicks" when position is adjusted.
