What did you and your MK2 do today?

Well not today but late yesterday afternoon. She got washed, polished using autoglym srp. Then a coat of collinite 915 then as i had received a bottle og poorboys liquid natty red i had to give her a coat of that too.

Today it rained so i watched her bead up a treat

If I was getting some B1's I would of pushed for some 9.5j's on the rear to really show the concave

Cable tied the rear brake shield back on until the replacement arrives

Anyone know do you need to remove the entire caliper on a Cupra to remove the brake disc?

When I've changed discs before on cars normally you can just remove one bolt and loosen the lower bolt and rotate the caliper out of the way. Not done discs on the R yet but my EP3 Type-R I had you could do it.

Just took it to the garage where I get all my work done. Egr was giving me some bother so got them to blank it off and gut the DPF while it was there... Now I want to take it to a rolling road to find out what I'm actually getting

Unfortunately I have to agree regarding the lights but as long as you like them mate.

Just need to tint the headlights now

Why do people not remove the badge to paint? It's quicker to remove than it is to mask up around it......
