Drove to work in it for the last time.... It goes in part ex tomorrow.

Still, at least I will finally get my 335i! I will miss the Leon loads though, despite being an expensive car to keep on the road, I did really enjoy owning it.

Do they fall off or get nicked? Be tempted to drill a hole and cable tie mine on

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
They fall off all the time. It is a common problem. I drilled mine and wrapped metal wire between them holding them on underneath. I also used double sided carpet tape rolled under the top section to stick them down but still came off. Judging by a scrape on the underside of the skirt the wires must have been snapped having hit a rock or something so then they just work themselves loose.

Cable ties would be better but would but means carrying a pair of snippers and spare cable ties everywhere you go in case of a puncture

Turn them in "up" position, start from bottom which is loosest part, get a flatblade screwdriver in and then prise round with finger tips and they popped off

Mine also passed MOT with no issues.

Had a health check which showed up leaking rocker gasket which has now been fixed under warranty and potential tiny fuel leak from the leak off pipes... but generally all good :)

Mine flew through the MOT today with no advisories.
Unfortunately, it's now for sale as I have another car - I can't post up in the for sale section for some reason, so if anyone you know is looking for a superb 2010 Leon Cupra in black with 320bhp, please let me know ok?

Trackday finished, over 40 laps with no problems. 388 BHP gives nice power to front wheels and XDS works great.... ;D

Yesterday I gave the car a good detail. Gave me chance to try out my new Poorboys Natty's paste wax (black), made for dark cars.

Gave it a good clean, clayed and waxed. I would of polished it as well but was running out of time/daylight.

Took it for a little run to get some shots with my Nikon D3200.
