Always worries me when I see % mpg claims but you're no noob stu I'm sure you are going somewhere reputable.

Congrats Bigg, bet you're glad you never got rid of her now!
As with all % claims they are an upto, these people have to advertise somehow I guess. I think I've decided for the economy map unless the guy provides a reason why. It will still keep me at about 170bhp so more than enough for me. I suppose it will be slightly less stress on components to.

I'll find out in a couple of hours!

Attended the Ultimate Scottish Street Car Championship event and came 1st out of 86 other occupants in the fastest front wheel drive forced induction and won the heat also winning the trophy :) on top of that smashed the crail quarter mile record which has stood for 7 years the best time being at 12.95 at 115 mph held by Owenand Al Mac

The best time from the banana was a 12.6 at 120 mph :)

Any videos of the run? Think you go quicker ?

Oh and congrats

Thanks i just hope it gives a bit more benefit when going stage 2+ eventually although ive got all the hardware in place im going to wait a bit for that as i want wmi and a few other bits.

Changed the spark plugs as they were overdue and you can see the old electrode was wearing down.

looks like your old plugs never had any copper grease put on the threads neither.

Today I had some rainsport 3's fitted to my new wheels and bought some Bilstein B14 coils

Pictures to come when I get them all fitted to the car!

Video of the 420 bhp EK9 Civic's journey to the final of the USSC. Watch until the end and you will see him racing my leon "the Banana" :p

Wow that blitz everything until you showed up. Nice work no one else came close. Got to say 3rd and 4th gear in the civic left everyone standing. How uncomfortable does does his driving position look though especially changing gear.

How did you go about blanking off the washer fluid line and did you just leave it hanging around the boot lid. Where did you get your bung from. Could it be an MOT fail if it is removed?

Bought this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291477758945?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Blends in really well. To bung the washer hose i came up with my own invention, as I didn't want to fill it with silicone.

  1. Step 1: Cut two fingers off a silicone glove (the kind doctors or mechanics use)
  2. Step 2: fill one finger with silicone and twist into the end of the hose
  3. Step 3: fold the finger back over the hose
  4. Step 4: Place the over finger over the end of the hose
  5. Step 5: use electrical tape to seal it on

Should be OK! Taped the hose and line up to the other wires in there.

Doubt it'd fail MOT - a lot of cars have no rear wiper by default.
