Aye mate.
There is another set of the 1st ones without the crome rim, bet they're matt black. Not keen on matt, prefer gloss.

Picking up a VW RNS510 version B tomorrow for £300 (May take slightly less) Also has a vw MDI & Retro-fit cable thing for your iPod. Reckon I should get it too? I think he'd go £350 on the lot.

Not today but 6 week ago I started reading this thread every time I got a bit of spare time, just finished reading all 7461 posts today. From reading this thread I've made a list of things I want to buy for my leon which I bought 6 weeks ago. My leon was parked in the garage at the gf's mams till I sold my hybrid mk4 Ibiza cupra tdi which I sold on the on the 4th of may so out came the Cupra R and am loving it. Here is the a couple of photo's off autotrader where I first seen it, you guys will recognise it.
I've not got any pics yet with the number plate blanked out but next time I'm cleaning I'll get a few.

Thanks it is a nice, yes benjic2 it was Kevs car, its an awesome car to drive at standard (apart from the things Kev left on) can't wait to see what it's like after a few mods. I did want a red 1 at first because I had a yellow Ibiza, but I seen this Cupra R and fell in love and just had to have it.
Prefer the second ones (although I am biased)
it's not clear in the pic but do the spokes stick out very far? if they do they can be prone to stone chips and GF "park by feel" kerb attacks

Well this is my car lowered. They didn't have time to raise the back up due to other issues so will probably be getting it changed to how it is below:
One of my mates likes it like that, but I'm not so sure lol...
Got booked into the garage to get the back sorted out and my wiper motor...
Hopefully shouldn't take long this time.
Bit late, as it happened yesterday....but my wife had to quickly get out of the way of a car who thought they owned the entire road...and hit the curb full on and curved an alloy massively
It's not damaged the integrity of the alloy, but it does have a very hefty scuff about 3 inches long
She said the car made squeaky noises on that side every time we hit a bump. I can't hear it.
Gotta get it in the axel stands and see if any damage was done as they side feels a hit harsh on bumps and potholes now
