baring in mind, im stood a good 6 Meters away in that pic too, you can see how bright it is on the Floor (and its currently piddling it down too so that doesnt help) but im sure not complaining at a great price!

Same as i had on the bocanegra mate. This time in red and silver though to compliment the grey colour and it does look to me.

Nice mate, I like it! :D

I've just started hacking apart a spare engine cover this morning to fit over my Itg, shouldn't be too hard to do! :) Hopefully it'll make the engine bay look a little tidier and also help to keep water off of the 'chocolate' coilpacks!

LOL. I am a genuine plate surround hater. I even hate bloody screws in jumber plates, which mine currently has. Will be remedying that soon enough though.

i currently have the original numberplate surrounds. they look horrible! but im waiting to get a Private Reg, so i can have them on pressed plates.

i tend to stick plates on using windscreen sealant too! works a treat!

well mine got a well deserved wash and I've also fitted the front and rear mudflaps will hopefully reduce the amount of tar getting flicked up and stop any more stone chips under the rear bumper. Not normally a fan of mudflaps but the OEM ones look pretty good TBH pretty simple to fit so long as you have the right torx bit, just a shame you have to take the rear wheels off to fit the rears but at least it made cleaning the wheels easy :)

Today I tried fitting the footrest but alas, could not remove the foot rest and stabbed myself in the finger with a screwdriver. Attempt 2 next week-end LOL.

Hacked away at an engine cover so it'll fit over my Itg! Just gotta clean up the plastic Cupra part and stick it back on then it'll be finished up! Hopefully this'll keep the water off of the coilpacks during the winter!

Abvsolutely love that mate!!! Good job. You should have done a how to as I plan on doing the same with my cover.

Thanks mate! I thought about that once I was nearly finished so it was too late. It is easy tho, I just unscrewed the cover and seperated the two parts then used a junior hacksaw to cut through them both. Just a bit of patience and elbow grease required!;)

no worries mate. What paint did you use for the cover? Is it heat resistent paint?

Filled it up for the second time since picking it up on Friday at 5 pm and only got half a tank left. Despite throwing away the best part of £140 on going nowhere for no reason, I can't stop smiling! For the first time in a long time i have enjoyed spending money on petrol more than beer!
