Re-fitted my front grill after respraying it black and the 'S' badge silver to match the mirrors. Went for an evening blast and now the front looks like a garibaldi biscuit because of all the bugs on it.

Spotted 7 different FR's on 12 & 62 plates. Never seen so many in such a short time. Also saw a Toyota GT86 in red on a 62 plate. Wouldn't say no to one as it looked superb in the real. :)

Had the HIDs removed and installed Philips Xtreme Vision in the dipped beam. Now I have Osram Nightbreaker Plus for the high beam, Philips Xtreme Vision in the dipped beam, Osram Cool Blue Intense in the sidelights (W5W), and the OEM fog lights that came with the car. Pretty happy with the outcome and also for being able to, for the first time, remove and install everything myself!

Gave it a hoover, wash/dry and going over with G3 Turbo Detailer. Never used G3 stuff before but I'm pretty impressed with the results. Also found a rubber cap thing floating around in my engine bay. Turned out to be from the rear of the main beam/sidelight mounting.

Looks good.

However you need to remove the air intake pipe though that goes to the airbox. You need all the cold air you can get to the filter, because atm you are just sucking in hot air, plus it is dead weight ;). Add a cold air feed pipe from the front grill up to the filter aswell ( If you already haven't done it ) :)

The original air box pipe is the cold air feed it is incorporated into the heat shield there is a notch that it comes through at the bottom
