its a diesel. its still got another 100 miles in it :lol:

It's a diesel, so it doesn't matter where you buy the fuel from it won't run any better on the expensive stuff. Vpower diesel has only one benefit and that is extra detergents. This will be a benefit to the person who owns the car when it's got 120k on the clock. The cetane level in Vpower diesel is such a tiny bit extra that you would need to see a dyno graph to spot it.

the difusser looks wicked man!

im still, so tempted to get it done to my FR! just dont know what to do backbox wise, get an OEM one or a milltek (if it'll fit)

from what i can gather then, you use the original valance, bond the LCR difussuer onto it and cut out the central holes.

spray it up and then fit it back on.

what did you use to bond it together?
