The correct way to do an N249 bypass the full guide

You just need 1 bit of pipe from inlet to FPR and one from the other inlet nipple to the DV. If you have a boost gauge use a T of the FPR has the best vacumn. Dose that help mate.

I thought there was only 1 inlet on underside of manifold ?

I have boost gauge which is connected at present running of the "T" near the DV,with the other "T" near the FPR splitting from the nipple on the inlet to feed up to DV.

Need help as currently have my car in bits! Ive got an LCR 225 the pics r different to what i can see on the engine bay. I dont have these '3' pipes under the inlet mani... Heres some pics so far,

Mine seems to be going into limp even with the n249 bypassed I put a new turbo on the other day and its only done it since

I would not of thought an n249 would put you in limp mode. I've tried all the ways plugged resistors in an unplugged never did this. Turbo all ok no leaks from gaskets or your pipes you put back on?

As for a quiet DV what are you running. I have a oo7 on my golf with a filter and sounds great. :)
