I've done everything to mine mc removed the lot and I've still got 17705 wiv limp so it must be a bad map so buying another Ecu and giving it a go

U told me to buy a forge 007 so I did now buy a standard one? Haha ive tried other dv's mate so it's got to be a bad map it's had loads ov people have said they had the same and it was down to a bad map so hopfully got someone to flash mine and put standard software back onto it and see what happens

That's what i was going to do get it all ready for a stage 2 but think I will just get it flashed back first just to see if it stops doing it :) how's yours running have u taxed it yet lol

Hi mc funbot just brought my 1st lcr and it looks like its had this bypass done. Im only over in burton latimer and was wondering when you have a free minute, I can see your very busy. If you could have a quick look to make sure jts been done right. Im new to this scene so some help would be great

Your guid is great!
I've had the car a month now and after seeing your guide noticed that mine had been done, but done wrong. It had the dv line teed into the 3 bar fuel reg. And all the other rubbish left on.
It made a kind of fart noise occasionally when lifting off quickly.

Just finished and whent for a spin seems a lot smoother and no more trumps when lifting off throttle. Looks tidy aswel. :D

I put a new line from inlet manifold to fuel reg and a new line from the other nipple on inlet man to top of dv.
Does that sound correct?
I don't think I can show you a pic as I'm a newbie.

Following Funbots guide certainly was easy , unfortunately I broke one of the vacuum take off's and have had to seal it off so I only have one take off that I can use.
But the car does indeed feel smoother and a tad more responsive.

Sai fault code answer

Finally got round to doing what you told me to do the other day. Since 't'ing the sai hose into the DV line the sai is a lot quieter on start up (sounded like a jet plane before). After running around a couple of day while I waiting to get my EML turned off the light turned off its self and has not come on since.
Anybody with the code after doing this bypass should do this! My engine code is AUQ btw. Can get some pictures if anybody is unsure. Thanks for your help mc funbot! :D

This is very useful info. I did this guide and 5 days later got this code.
And this is the answer if you still have a cat. T piece into dv line to sai, problem solved and car no longer sounds like I have a dyson under the bonnet!
