Mine looks like that, just with adjusters removed, fitted the coilovers, plonked it on the floor and its looked like that ever since lol.
if only suspension was actually about handling, rather than looks this would be so much easier.
thank god that the only thing that matters is that a car can drag its arse along the ground...
i felt bad after doing that so i raise it back up! even raised the front up a little to make them even! glad ive done so
Personnally if I'm investing £500-600 in suspension it is to improve the handling.
Whats wrong with only having, say a 40-50mm drop anyway? especially if the suspension has greatly improved the ride and handling?
ive had the time to think about this! maybe it a case of if the lower it is the better the handling will be in most ppl's eyes. it certainly was the case for me!, i had thought this for a long time but after trail and ERROR lol ive found that even though my 1.9tdi may never sump it, too low may be just as it is! Too low
mine handles absolutely awfully, looks nice tho
You should always drive to your car and the roads conditions.
your or your cars ability.
Not sure how good idea it is posting on here calling memebers cars (baring in majority all drive the same car in this section of the forum) "shopping trolleys". I wouldn't go onto a mazda forum and slate their cars, just a thought.....
My forum, I'll do as I please (within reason)
How about we appreciate that everyone has their own opinion, points taken, and we not spoil this thread?
Of course it is safe. The platforms you bolt in with the weitec suspension have the bottom machined so the spring sits on it perfect, without the adjuster cup in place. Im guessing this is where their lowest setting of 60mm at the rear comes from
