The one before that was set up using Mega which were also pretty slow. Try late at night or in the working day.
In German the Digital Eliteboard has threads on mib software. You might find a mega link on that. My experience with mega downloads isn't good and if its big, mega try to sell you bandwidth. I did get some stuff down that way before the mib solution site opened / got better

Btw don't jump trains. Like 4xx to 5xx. It can't be done on standard releases. It bricks the unit then you do need s retrofitter to take it apart and short specific pins. Instructions on the net.
There are modified trains where you'd probably find discussion on the Digital EliteBoard. I know one Skoda person popped up on the Briskoda board who had jumped trains and it had a mod to not use SD cards with a CID. Their stumbling block was map file presentation but after that it was happy to work with the maps on a usb. VW had also missed out their country from the map file so it appeared that it wasn't working when it was. The mib2 enthusiasts generate these modified firmware by bypassing the SLA1 checks now. It's those that appear on websites and libraries. You can inspect the file. If after a row of signatures is shown you see the script carrying on then they have bypassed the signature check. It is an exploit they discovered.
