Did restart, no change. I'll try re-loading it this weekend, but don't hold out much hope. Not really an issue, it was a pretty poor graphic anyway. I still don't get why this is a problem at all, given a 2018 A3 managed to get all the station logos <shrugs>.

On mib2 up to about 2018 the logos were preloaded at build then they changed it so you had to use over the air ones. On mib2 you hold the screen and it goes beep or something from memory and saves it (finger tap action). Suspect your Audi to the pre loaded days (MMI is Vag Mib just sounds more desirable 😉). The issue with the over the air ones is that not all broadcasters transmit them. The BBC and RTE do. The commercial stations may transmit a logo, no logo or an incorrect one. Times Radio last year had the incorrect one since it was born out of something else.

Mib2 there is a radio logo management screen where you can delete and load up new ones that may be missing. See resource on that.

Mib3 came along (2020 model with the usb-c port and connect services) with a new level of issues yet to be resolved. No radio logo import option that can be found by users although it's in the manual and to add to that users have been able to delete a station logo but have no way of getting it back.

Thanks for the reply. I did manage to load the logo via a USB stick, and it showed up on the main dispaly, but only uintil I turned the car off. It's clearly in the system somewhere, as it displays on the digital dash in "individual" mode. Not someting I'll bother a dealer with, it's way beyond their expertise. I generally use an indie for service (they have access to the VAG digital service records so I keep my service record up to date) and perhaps they'll be able to solve the issue when the car goes in in September.

Well I had another look at the weekend. When I go into the station settings, the logo shows up clear as day, but it won't appear on the screen when palying tha station, but will in the cocklpit. Hey ho, not worth bothering about.

It will be related to the firmware in the infotainment unit, which release it's on if it's a bug and get someone to replicate it with the same firmware and station logo :).

My mib2 high and mib2 standard ones work just fine as VAG designed. Can only think your radio station logo which you got from that website is popping the dimensions. You'd have to check that in properties if you use Windows. More likely a dimension issue if some work and others don't. The wonders of driving cars using computers for control and display 🙄. Yours was mib2. Try assigning a different logo. You can resize the graphics if you find it incorrect.

Radio X logo you should have used is this one:

400 x 240

Not the party graphic one which is considerably bigger.

Checking BBC R4 that is the same dimension.

Mmm. I'll have a gander at the size of the logo. Nope, it's a png image 400 x 240, so less that 500x500 I've seen you mention in connection with album art. (ETA - it's the one you posted above) I'll try and see what MIB sofware release it is - lacking a handbook (another story) how do I navigate to the corect screen for that?

Your image size is correct. The troubling thing is you say some show correctly and others don't even when you have imported the logo.

To find out which software the infotainment system is running

● Turn on the infotainment unit
● Press the Infotainment menu button and
then select the System context.
● In the System settings menu, press the
System information function button.

It shows the hardware, software (firmware) plus the navigation database it's running (all mib2 stuff, not mib3).

Seat manuals in PDF form are here, select the car and year. See under the download tab (all Seats):

Plus the Cupra Manuals:

You need a conversation with someone who has exactly the same hardware, firmware and software to resolve if there are inconsistencies.

Trust that helps.

I'll have a look see thanks. I've also downloaded an alternative log to try (weel converted a jpg to png). I actually do have a download of the Cupra 2019 manual I remembered (mine is PFL from September 2020, one of the "Limited Edition" ones).
