Radio logos missing

Hi
I just got my Ibiza FR with its shining 9.2" display, however it seems impossible to set logos for he FM radio stations. When I go to the "select logo" screen I am asked to select one from a list, however the list is empty... So annoying.

I googled it and it seems that with MIB3 Seat blocked the option to load a logo from a USB stick (why???). Searching further I found that it is possible to upload the logos as an update to the infotainment system, following the instruction here. Since Phonostar did not recognize the Seat part number I used a VW Tiguan one per this thread. I managed to download the file from phonostar.de and copied it to USB stick, inserted the stick to the USB port and...Nothing. The car did not even recognized the USB. Arrrrr!

So frustrating.
Is there any other way to get the station logos to display? This was so easy with MIB2 but Seat had to go and make it hard.

Thanks
Almog

I think you will have to press and hold the button with the three lines for 10 to 20 seconds and reboot the infortainment in dev mode to be able to install from usb. But you could also check mibupdate, if there is any update for the infortainment firmware, they also include logos.

@OP did you manage to sort it? I recently got an Ibiza FR Sport 2021 and the infotainment is up to date but the missing radio logos is killing me I need a fix!

MIB3 does not support this feature anymore.
Correct. That's this thread. Phonostar doesn't support Seat / Cupra Mib3 logos via USB import (currently), it didn't once. I un pinned the thread when it wasnt going anywhere. May be I should have a thread that's going nowhere pinned. 🫣... so there aren't multiple threads the same. Till we see the SE descriptor then the mib3 radio logo file isn't able to be imported by via USB. Connect services get the file since it isn't bound that way. But saying that it's only as good as the Vag contracted providers of the logo files. You can't back fill missing logos as you could in mib2.
