Hi
Thought i'd share a little history and updates on my 280.
Started out with my Fairlady Z
Nismo Backbox
Plenum Spacer
Stillen Y pipe
Berk Decats,
Rota Grids 19"
Nismo V2 Kit
Eventually i wrapped this matte blue with the help a friend, not for the fainthearted!
As i lived in town and parked on the street the car was reversed into more times than i can count. The wrap lasted 3 weeks before someone backed into it!
So i changed to something a little smaller.
Bone stock Abarth 595 Competizione! Great little car, first gen with 160hp and koni FSD dampers!
Then a child happened and i swapped for something i could fit a pram in the boot of.... The cupra!
First order of business was to give it a much need detail following collection from the dealer. Getting to know where all the problem areas are etc..
Came out ok though!
Next up was a new uprated sachs clutch followed by an r600 intake.
With the new clutch in it was off to get remapped as the gains on these engines are sick! Rude not too!
Came away with pretty respectable figures given the temperature!
Next up is a test on wheel refurb following a pretty terrible dealer refurb by a central Aberdeen company who shall remain nameless!!
4 tins of black plastidip and a couple cans of glossifier. Used the stuff before and its great to test colours temporarily and can last longer if looked after. More pics to follow!
