Is the sport information menu only available in the Cupra? as i am wanting to get it on my 1.4Tsi 150 or is there a way to use Vagcom or anything else like that might be able to enable the menu?

Cheers

Based on what i have seen on the GOLF Forums and OBD11 This is not an option you can code (VCDS or OBD11) as its a software that has to be enabled by SEAT Dealer (and again I am sure they dont sell it in the aftermarket).

Sure it was only installed from 2016 model year too? Not sure it is backwards compatible..

TC button is standard for all Cupras. Sport Display came with infotainment system update (somwhere in 2015).
If you have 6,5 inch screen then most likely you have MIB2 system so you have sport info. But earlier versions had 5,6 inch screen and MIB1 system - cant have sport info.

Traction control switch is standard for all Cupra Leons.

Not the case. Whilst TC on/off is indeed standard on Cupra's, on some there is no physical button but you have to access the on/off 'button' via the menu.

Then I don't know. Mine is early 2014 cupra 280 and I have physical button for it and all other I've seen also had it.

I'd be lost without the TC button now I've gone DSG.

Back to the sports display though, I didn't have it in my 2014 280 but do in the 300, and in my opinion it is interesting but a bit of a gimmick and more for a passenger. I tend to find that when I've driving "sportily" my attention is required elsewhere.

Sport and physical TCS button on my 2016 280. I don't ever bother with the sport menu, too busy driving :)
