would try it, but im worried it'll hurt my paint! Suppose i could take off the rear wiper and put the tube in a bowl or something. Hmmmm.

Both me, my mate and my wifes car have the same smell!

It smells like cat piss!!!

Tesco Blue Concentrate stuff! Last Time i buy that ****!

But yup, time for a complaint, got an email address we can email?

Anyone else with the same trouble? Ive used it before loads, and never had a problem so suspected a bad batch!

Me too. hideous smell and I've been using the Tesco screen wash. I'll try writing to complain I think.

good luck, i hope you have a better experience of Tescos customer service than i and a few people i know have experienced.
Its funny, they are great when you are spending money. When you try to use one of their 'promises' or guarantees they are not quite as helpful...

and when they say they match petrols prices of garages nearby.. :whistle:

Wooo :funk: problem solved, id emptied the tank of shity concentrate last night and filled with clean water and some washing up liquid, then today i squirted it, got a little whiff but it wasnt too bad, then i went to halfords and got some nice lemon scent washer additive. :D

So, if you've has tesco shite in your bottle, just empty it, it'll be fine. :)

If you really want to get your point over to Tesco then wright them a letter .................. and soak it in the screen wash :cheeky:

Got my reply:

Dear Mr Saunders

Thank you for your email to Sir Terry Leahy our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to respond.

I was concerned to learn of the problems you have experienced after using our concentrated screen wash. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.

We are continually working hard with all our suppliers to maintain the high standard of all the products that we sell so I am disappointed that you have had cause to complain about this screen wash. I have run a report against this product and there have been no similar complaints reported to us.

Having said this, we do want to know if there is something wrong with any product we have sold. Therefore if you would like to, on your next visit to store, return the screen wash and ask our staff to complete a product complaint form. This will allow us to send it to our suppliers to investigate your complaint and investigate the matter more fully.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to bring this matter to our attention. I do hope that despite your disappointment with this product that we may still continue to look forward to being of service to you.
