I am sorry that you are unhappy with a bottle of Tesco Concentrated Screenwash that you purchased recently. I can appreciate your disappointment.
It is important that we do our best to provide the best quality products possible at all times, so we do value our customers' feedback when there is a problem with any of our products. In these circumstances, it is usually essential that the packaging is returned to our store, with a sample of the product if possible.
Our store will then inform our suppliers of your complaint, who can identify the problem and implement measures to prevent a complaint of this nature from arising again. You would also receive a refund, if you have your receipt, or an exchange of the item. However, on this occasion I would be happy to send you a £5.00 Tesco Moneycard, to cover the cost of the purchase, if you can provide me with your full postal address.
