Thank you for your email to Sir Terry Leahy our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to respond.
I was concerned to learn of the problems you have experienced after using our concentrated screen wash. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.
We are continually working hard with all our suppliers to maintain the high standard of all the products that we sell so I am disappointed that you have had cause to complain about this screen wash. I have run a report against this product and there have been no similar complaints reported to us.
Having said this, we do want to know if there is something wrong with any product we have sold. Therefore if you would like to, on your next visit to
store, return the screen wash and ask our staff to complete a product complaint form. This will allow us to send it to our suppliers to investigate your complaint and investigate the matter more fully.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to bring this matter to our attention. I do hope that despite your disappointment with this product that we may still continue to look forward to being of service to you.
