lol. yea, i started it and then just totally lost interest, and ive decided to sell it just as it is, not working. i think all thats left to sort is the timing on the engine to make it run. i say ill do something with it tomorrow but then ill find something better to do...

Hey, yeah was at Donny south saw the SCN stand (and your car ). The stand i was on was just opposite from SCN by the portaloos, wasn't a big stand as we booked late and got a poop pitch. Will try and come with SCN next year for some show's.

First MK2 1.4 Salsa - The car that started it all

Second MK2 2.0 8v GTi - The best car i've had, miss it dearly

Third MK2(ish) Cordoba 2.0 SX - Picking up where the GTi left off, but faster

All of them were pretty much standard, might break that habit with the Cordy though as i got it bargain basement price. Like spyke85 i am also thinking of picking up another early MK2 8v GTi for a play car.

My new car

I've sorted out a couple photos of my new car. Picked it up on tuesday, and have rediscovered my love of driving!

Really pleased with it, need to save for some wheels though, the standard ones are a bit tatty looking

They look ok in the photo, but the (laquer?) coating over them is flaking off all over the place. I'll try keep you in mind if i get new ones though.
