Looks superb Sam. Great effort.

Your bay looks good enough as it is without a polished mani going in! Love it.

Haha
It's earned it's due's now on the forum I like to think. Mine needs a bit of adjustment, the cooler is slightly loose this time not the hoses, but again, it hasn't been touched since last year so it's done alright with all the change in power on the car.
Bet your looking forward to the 3" TIP bud ;)

You shoud notice a nice difference with the TIP and map tweak though map, especially with your slight issue ironed out.

Hope it works out well for you soon matey. Your car is a cracker :)

to start the sanding process i used my little baby

this is great to use. just open the front and place the mani on the spinning belt doing 10000rpm :)
i did this with 240 grit, then made my way though the wet and dry grades by hand. 400,600,800,1000,1200. job done. it was really easy to do. took me 5 mins at most to get the mani completely flat with the big sander.

Nice work, you need to hire your little baby out ;)

Or If I book you to do my wooden floor do I get a free polished charge pipe/manifold.

Still love the wheels, car looks quality

watered down super resin polish, tbh its not the best stuff as it takes ages to buff to a shine, not quite abrasive enough i think. wire wool and metal polish would probably be easier giving pretty much the same finish.
