After checking with the garage, they are also not confident about ET30 so I will give up on these and will stick to the ET35-40 range as suggested by @Jaco2k

The rims can be mounted but registration is required (meaning that you need to present the vehicle afterward for homologation and potentially they may requires a wider body kit) so I'll stick to wheels for which no registration / presentation is required after mounting them.

That reduces the choice even more.

New candidates (no registration required) are:

AUTEC WIZARD GUNMETAL MATT IN 19 INCH

FA 8.00x19 ET 35 - RA 8.00x19 ET 35

OZ RACING FORMULA HLT GRIGIO CORSA IN 19 INCH

FA 8.50x19 ET 38 - RA 8.50x19 ET 38

Autec are afforable and unfortunately the OZ's are very expensive so despite I prefer them, I'm not sure I want to cry when I will touch a sidewalk :)

OZ certificates cannot be directly downloaded so I'm contacting them to ensure all is good without a special mention.

No I didn't and it's precisely what I was looking for, they also offer the same page for 19' (still not sure if I'll go for 20 or remain in 19):
https://www.cupracer-hilfe.de/19zoll

So thank you again, I'll have a look.

Some are actually in ET30 with this A01 code (registration required) but yes that really helps and may suggest me brands that I didn't know about.

I finally went for the safe option: Borbet Y 8x19 ET37

It was at the end the only model for which I was 100% sure that they would fit even with the Brembo brakes and be approved.

I did not want to take the risk of having not approved wheels or any potential issue with the brake calipers.

There's actually well enough space, I would say even more distance between the calipers and the wheels than with the original Cupra wheels.
