Have you been back into the dealer? A stock flash should sort you out, they can then give us the ECU ID and we can look into it... if there's a genuine problem and it's not just car related!

Thanks for advice, put it on my friends diagnostic machine and cleared all of the fault codes and it seems to be ok again now. No surging or cutting out. Am going to let it run like this for now and see how it goes.

And it seems I'm back to square one. Clearing the codes seemed to do the trick for a while but now all the errors and surging are back.... Have email Kev from revo and will prob go and see Westec at some point to see if I can get the default Seat program put back on.

Sounds like possible incorrect checksumm calculation in the Revo programme.

Was it programmed for your particular car? or just read and flashed?

No idea, I only went for a new MAF sensor!!!! Spoke to Grant and I'm going down to Westec tomorrow and will prob ask to have the stock Seat flash done.
