I might buy mine this week so it gives me a kick up the arse to do the bypass when they arrive lol

I need to look into the guides a little better tho. Just to get my head around it.

So do we HAVE to remove the SAI or not?

no you do not have to.

like I said, I didn;t.

You will need to block off the vac line going to the pump though

Wrong resistors = problems. We dont make these threads with shed loads of info for nothing. Dont follow the guides and you'l get problems.

Cant believe people are still doing this wrong lol

It is one of the pretty simple things that manages to be hard dont no how it works out i got lost reading about it but was piss easy when i done it. Think people mainly get confused wit the resistors and the leccy side easy to do imo.

Sorry to bring this up.....:help:. Just needed something cleared up as most people on here have hidden all the vacuum pipes too well.

DSC00581.jpg

The pipe from the under inlet is going straight to the top of the dump valve and bypassing everything else? Been playing with mine for a day as all of yesturday it was plumbed in wrong and i had 7psi, and now all seems ok with the new pipe location!

Yeah just one vac line to the FPR and the other straight to the DV, its as simple as that!

Just blank off the vac port of the combi valve if you havent already removed the whole SAI system.
