Really good job pal, how much did the FMIC set-up end up costing you in the end if you dont mind me asking?

I woke up this morning to a lovely looking day outside and decided it would be a great day to wash the car. Unfortunately having washed, clayed and got half way through waxing the car the weather took a turn for the worse and decided to rain:cry:. I buffed off the dry wax and was about to leave the car when the sun came out again:D. I cracked on with the other half of the car and as I began to buff off the dry wax again the heavens opened  I got the car finished and a few picks but there not perfect due to the weather:

I've also made a mock up of the Jamspeed heatshield courtesy of JamJay's measurements:

I've not yet tried it on the car as I'm going to be ordering a Badger 5 3" TIP tomorrow and need to fit this in order to detrmine where to make the hole for the air filter to connect to the MAF. I have however order all the bits needed to make it, I'll also be making a few adjustments to the original design to suit my motor, it's also going to be black with red edging. I've also got some neoprene cold air feed ducting on order.

Cheers for reading.

Are the grilles something that you can buy from SEAT? Do you have the part numbers? :)

The grilles are for the Leon Cupra the part number is 39151 S6A E02

It comes like this:

You will need to cut out these pieces and throw the rest away as it doesnt fit:

The centre piece is home made but really easy to do.
