it had a cambelt put on it about 3/000 miles ago for warranty work as the water pump went and the exhaust to turbo bolts had rattled loose and the gasket had gone so as precautions they changed the cambelt for a new 1 too.
when the car was returned from the seat garage the engine management light was on so i went back inside and complained obviously and it was switched off! i drove off and the next day the engine management light showed up again so i took it into my work and wired up the diagnostics kit and the fault code was crank position sensor! ever sinse it went into the garage the engine management light would come and go!
a few months later it goes in for a 30,000mile service and the turbo internals had gone and they turned the engine light off and said the turbo needs replacing then a couple of months on it goes into jbs and they have big problems getiing it to run properly and they stip the the engine down to fine the cambelt was a tooth out witch exsplains every thing
jbs have done nothing wrong
its all seat to be blamed realy!
