rang forge today there sending the adapter and a service kit out for my dv the adapter was a tenner cool thanks again.

yes ill try to get the bumper on at the weekend, the guy at forge said you can weld it on to a pipe but i think i might take it to roose motorsport and get them to make a silicone one with a T piece in for the DV

Rick SFS have a pipe already made with a DV take off section. I cant see it too much trouble to make one with another take off as they already have the mould.

the intercooler was £110 from a mate brand new he imports them

pipe from america at £70 a set (used 1 set)

MAP sensor bracket £10

gonna upgrade all the hose clips to the heavy duty ones

no its not from a golf, unsure on make, i think one kit will do but this is a single pass IC and usually the cupra has double pass (both pipe holes on the same side) you will need to take the pipe from the turbo across to the right hand side of the IC as you look at it, then from the left hand side of the IC to the inlet manifild. if you get me

right today i had the day off, finished all the piping on the intercooler, just gonna get some stronger jubilee clips, started up a treat too also to remove the lights you have to take off the bumper and that is a pain so i thought id buy some new lights and fit them while i have the bumper off.

hope you like

will sort out the light at the bottom of the lense.
